Last updated November 2, 2026Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use this information only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We do not run advertising trackers on our own pages.
If you arrive from a link that includes a campaign reference, our site stores that reference in your browser's local storage so it can be passed to our partner when you follow a comparison link. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
Partner sites
When you follow a link to a partner comparison site or a card issuer, that site's own privacy policy applies. Those sites may use cookies to record the visit so the partner can credit us.
Your choices
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info [at] realrewardsus [dot] com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Children
RealRewards is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
